1. My favorite song of all time- one that I discovered on a night exactly like the one described below and fell so in love with that it never really exited my brain: Sly & The Family Stone - Que Sera Sera
There's a certain kind of night in my hometown in the dead of summer that I love more than anything. The kind that rains out of guilt when the heat & humidity are too much to handle. I'm sure a million other places have similar nights, but it's different when the house you grew up in is in the middle of the woods (literally) and it's so silent that you can almost hear the heat itself.
